A lot of buzz has been surrounding the Star India, after the television has completely bagged upon the rights to telecast the multi crore involved cricket tournament named the IPL tournament. This has definitely led to a great speculation among the other groups as well as they were in higher demands to renew with the BCCI rights. The Star India CEO named UdayShankar, said to the press that there is no such need for the groups to go out for any kind of renewal. The IPL tournament is held every year.
